Meet KYLE

From Combat Cockpits to Commercial Closings

Kyle Fried is a Southern California commercial real estate advisor known for transforming complex industrial and investment property transactions into confident, high-leverage outcomes. With a deep-rooted background in aviation and finance, Kyle brings precision, strategic clarity, and discipline to every client relationship.

Before launching his career in commercial real estate, Kyle served as an Air Force pilot flying the T-38 Talon, RC-26B Metroliner, C-17 Globemaster III, and MQ-9 Reaper.
